As I ran out of my home to meet some clients at ERA for an appointment, I noticed a headline in our newspaper that Utah is listed as #7 state in the nation as far as health. I haven't read the article yet, but I'm excited. I read another article recently that talks about Utah's positive outlook for economic stability, also. I'm happy to live in Utah and especially in Southern Utah.
I believe 2012 will be an incredibly great year for our real estate market in the Cedar City and St. George areas. There are so many favorable factors to attract home-owners and investors including low prices, low interest rates, attractive inventory and reasonable loan programs with nothing and low downpayments all working together to provide low monthly payments to buyers.
